Payment methods
Actual payments are not currently accepted. Credit-card payments are planned after integration with Waffo and merchant review. Available card brands will be displayed on the purchase screen before payment services begin.
Payment timing
Conditions after actual payment processing begins will appear on the pre-purchase confirmation screen. Subscription applications will require confirmation of the amount, billing interval, next renewal date, and cancellation method. Current test orders generate no charges.
Delivery timing
Free works become available after the acquisition procedure is completed. Once paid sales begin, paid works will become available after payment confirmation. Current paid test orders do not grant purchase rights.
Cancellation
Monthly plans may be canceled at any time, with no charges from the next renewal date onward. Fees for the month of cancellation are not refunded on a prorated basis.
Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of digital content, returns and refunds after purchase are not accepted. However, cases where we cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to us will be handled individually.
