Audience and age confirmation
The service is for persons aged 18 or older. We use an adult-content gate when viewing and an adult-age confirmation and terms acceptance for accounts. Confirmation is based on self-declaration. No external identity-verification service has been introduced. Self-declaration is not treated as identity verification or highly effective age assurance of the kind required in jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom. Conditions for overseas provision and age assurance require separate verification.
Prohibited content
Creating, entering, submitting, or publishing the following is prohibited, whether live-action, animated, AI-generated, or implied: child sexual abuse material, sexual depictions of minors, or implied sexual relationships between adults and minors; sexual abuse of animals, including bestiality; rape, hate, violence, physical abuse, or sexualized treatment of these; sexual acts without freely given consent due to hypnosis, drugs, alcohol, coercion, or any other non-consensual acts; content promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or prostitution; racial discrimination, rights infringements, intimate images created or published without the person's consent, or sexual impersonations of real people.
Production, rights, and consent
We use operator-provided fictional adult characters. Rights permissions and ownership for third-party works are verified and recorded. Materials involving real creators or performers are not published until evidence of every person's age and identity and explicit consent to participation, recording, and distribution has been verified. For fictional persons, we record the basis for concluding that no real performer is involved.
Pre-publication review
Administrators of honkoma Inc. manually inspect all materials, text, and settings, and record evidence of rights, age/identity verification, consent, and review findings before publication. The tool used is Lovla's publication-review screen. Automated AI scanning of submitted images or videos has not been introduced. If materials or content change after approval, publication is suspended pending re-review. Test submissions are not publicly published even after approval.
Post-publication monitoring
Published content is manually re-reviewed every 7 days, and deadlines and records are managed on the administrative screen. Pre-publication manual review covers materials, text, and character and scenario settings provided by the operator, and does not cover user free-form input or on-the-spot generated AI chat replies. Additionally, automated content review is not performed on inputs or outputs. Please report any problematic output. If an issue is discovered or a report is received, we prioritize reviewing the relevant content and suspend distribution and individual conversations as necessary.
Complaints, removal requests, and appeals
Anyone, including depicted persons and rights holders, may file through the dedicated Complaints form or quickclip@ltdhonkoma.com. We review, respond to, and resolve complaints within five business days. If consent or legality cannot be confirmed, or consent is found invalid under applicable law, content is promptly removed or distribution suspended. Appeals should include the previous receipt number and reasons.
Intellectual-property notices and removal procedure
Notices of copyright, portrait-rights, or other infringements are accepted through the same contact point. Include URLs for the original work and affected content, the basis for the rights, your relationship to the rights holder, and contact details. Do not submit the problematic images or original identity documents through the form. DMCA notices are examined individually, but this does not represent registration of a US designated agent or satisfaction of safe-harbor requirements.
Enforcement
We suspend publication or distribution, remove content, or suspend accounts, and record decisions and actions. Repeated violations are escalated to the responsible manager, who considers prohibiting reposting and permanent suspension. Where necessary, we respond lawfully to relevant authorities.
