About the service
Lovla is operated by honkoma Inc. and is being prepared for public launch. We currently provide email pre-registration and a restricted preview for invited participants. For inquiries, contact quickclip@ltdhonkoma.com.
Eligibility and accounts
Only persons aged 18 or older may use the service. You must accurately self-declare your age. Accounts are created with an email address and password, or with a configured external account (Google, X, or LINE). Do not disclose your login credentials to others. You are responsible for the content you enter.
Conversations and content
Do not enter unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights. We may restrict use in cases of misuse or harassment. Characters are fictional adults. AI output may contain errors; users decide whether to accept it. Replies from a human are not guaranteed.
Available features
We provide text chat using operator-supplied content, your own conversation history, and rewind. General users cannot publish content. Long-term memory and Live2D are not currently provided. If voice is offered, it is limited to general-audience works.
Lovla Market
Lovla Market is a store for digital works such as manga, doujinshi, and games. It shares accounts with chat, but rights to works and chat usage allowances are separate. Free works become available in your library after order confirmation. Paid works currently support test orders only, with no charges or grants of access rights. Rights to works and distributed files belong to their respective rights holders. Follow each work's stated usage conditions and do not redistribute without permission. Check the system requirements and file formats beforehand. Payment methods and refund conditions will be announced when actual sales begin.
Free allowances and consumption
We provide 30 initial credits and five daily credits at midnight Japan Standard Time (JST). The five daily credits do not carry over to the next day. The initial 30 credits do not expire. One credit is consumed for each non-empty AI response that is saved. Credits are restored when a response fails. Rewinding does not restore credits for previously successful responses.
Pricing and future purchases
Subscription and coin prices are previews. No actual payments or card details are currently accepted. Usage and purchase conditions will be published before actual sales begin. Purchased balances are planned to have no expiry, but no balances are treated as having been sold at this time.

Suspension, disclaimers, and intellectual property
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Save your draft if an error occurs and contact us if the problem persists. Rights to user-held content remain with the respective rights holders. We do not guarantee that all AI output is unique or protected by copyright. Requests about suspension or deletion, and other inquiries, are accepted at the email address above.
Prohibited content and enforcement
Creating, entering, submitting, or publishing content prohibited by the Content Policy is not permitted, whether live-action, animated, AI-generated, or implied. Violations may result in content removal, suspension of distribution, or account suspension. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension. Reports, removal requests, and appeals are accepted without registration through the Complaints and Removal Requests page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under Japanese law. They do not restrict rights under mandatory laws applicable to the user. To comply with applicable regulatory requirements for different customer groups, these Terms may be subject to different governing laws. UK-based customers are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, while customers in the APAC region are governed by the laws of Japan.

Changes will be announced within the app. Important changes will be announced before taking effect.
